1. PROCESS WARNING LIMITS;
All process control points are equipped with early warning systems before the process has a tendency of deviation. The operating principle of such early warning systems is as follows: the process issues warnings to the process operator at the boundary values before exceeding the process control limits and allows operator intervention, preventing adverse situations caused by exceeding of control limits. As an example to this practice are our I-Sign and X-Par systems.
2. VERIFICATION SYSTEMS;
All points in our processes do have verification points at the later stages. Such verification points validate first measurement and prevent effect of the equipment and human errors on the product. As an example to this practice is verification of the measurements taken at in-line quality control equipment through laboratory findings and verification of the manual product measurements using ISIS detailed optical product measurement systems.
Thanks to these two measures our processes have been designed and operating under the principle of Continuous Work.
